Lodgeik Ltd ("Lodgeik", "we", "our", or "us") provides property management and short-let services to property owners in the UK. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, communication, and any services we offer.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services.
Lodgeik provides full or essential short-let management services, including but not limited to listings, guest communication, cleaning coordination, reporting, and maintenance coordination. Exact services are outlined in your signed management agreement.
Fees are charged based on the service tier you select. Details are provided in your owner agreement. Lodgeik reserves the right to deduct management fees directly from rental income, where applicable.
Property owners must ensure their property meets local legal, safety, and insurance standards and must provide access as needed for management duties.
We are committed to protecting your personal data in line with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
We do our best to deliver professional service but cannot be held liable for issues outside of our control, including third-party platforms or unforeseen maintenance emergencies.
You may terminate your agreement with us by providing written notice per the terms outlined in your contract. Lodgeik may also terminate the relationship with cause.
We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time. Updates will be published on our website.
